Conveniently located for the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars which are all within walking distance and a short drive brings you to Lake Windermere and Bowness with a wealth of activities to cater for all. The cottage is brightly furnished with an open fire and a number of books and DVD's are available for cosy winter evenings or the patio garden is an ideal retreat to enjoy a glass of wine on a summers evening. The cottage is within easy reach of the train station and many bus routes are close by making this an ideal base for those who wish to enjoy the delights of the Lake District without a car.Old Codgers Cottage is heated by night storage heaters and comprises: Lounge with coal effect gas fire, colour TV with sky (please bring your own card), video, DVD and mini stereo. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms. Shower room with hand basin and WC.
