Situated in the centre of the village within 100 yards of The Queens Arms Inn. Warwick on Eden is situated three miles east of the historical city of Carlisle with a wealth of activities to keep the family entertained during their stay including the castle, cathedral, and Tullie House Museum. The cottage is also ideally placed to visit Hadrian's Wall, the Scottish Borders and the Eden Valley.
The cottage is central heated and briefly comprises: Lounge with feature fireplace housing wood burning stove, colour TV and DVD. Kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility with, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom comprising shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.
To the first floor, double and twin bedroom.
All electric, gas and bed linen is provided. The property has private parking and a raised lawned garden.
