Oak View is a spacious well appointed property that is well equipped to cater for either a large party or two families. Situated in the centre of the beautiful and historic village of Caldbeck, which is within the Lake District National Park. The village has a wealth of local amenities and is centrally situated, being almost equal distance from Carlisle, Penrith, Cockermouth and Keswick.Popular Caldbeck maintains its village charm with Priests Mill gift shop & restaurant, local village pub, shops, post office and tea rooms. Caldbeck also boasts to have the best fed ducks of any other village. Enjoy the maze of local well marked footpaths and the abundance of wildlife.
Oak View is centrally heated, double glazed and briefly comprises of four bedrooms, two with en-suite, and three reception rooms. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with cloaks cupboard, utility with WC and washer/dryer, beamed dining room, beamed lounge with open fire, colour TV and video, kitchen equipped with two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, double oven, hob and microwave, rear hallway leading to second sitting/reading room equipped with colour TV opening out onto the conservatory.
First Floor - two double bedrooms with wash hand basins, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and triple room with double and single bed and en-suite shower room. Spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wash hand basin, WC.
All electric, oil, bed linen and towels are provided. A starter pack of coal and logs is also provided and a welcome pack including wine and flowers by the owner who lives locally. Private parking for 3 cars, barbeque, garden seating and patio.
