Situated in the rural hamlet of Ruthwaite, only a fifteen minute drive from Keswick. The Granary which has retained many characterful features and beams provides cosy accommodation in a tranquil rural setting. The Granery is set within the northern fells enjoying views to Skiddaw and the Caldbeck fells. This area is ideally situated for a variety of interests such as cycling, pony trecking, bird watching, sailing, fishing, walking and climbing to name but a few. The central heated accommodation comprises of dining kitchen, equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Ground floor single bedroom, shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Three steps then take you up to the lounge with Electric fire, TV, DVD, and video, from the lounge two sets of French doors open onto a secluded south facing patio with garden furniture and open views over farmland to Skiddaw. There is also an enclosed lawned area. First floor Double bedroom and bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin, two steps take you down to a spacious twin bedroom with seating area and TV.
Please note that due to the split level layout and garden at this property it may not be suitable for toddlers.
