Fell View Cottage is the end of a row of three cottages and is situated in the delightful village of Allithwaite. Just over 1 mile away is the picturesque village of Cartmel with its 12th century priory, race course, "Sticky Toffee Pudding" and superb restaurants, and just two miles away is Grange over Sands with its mild climate, beautiful promenade, ornamental gardens and shops.This characterful cottage is very well equipped and is within walking distance of two traditional pubs serving excellent food, and the general store, the village also benefits from having its own tennis court, football pitch and children's play area.
The gas centrally heated cottage comprises of: Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The attractively furnished lounge and dining room has views out of the patio door to the patio garden. Fell View also benefits from a downstairs WC. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom, the second bedroom has three single beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, and WC.
All electric, gas, bed linen and Payphone provided, towels can be hired on request. Garage for a car with additional parking to the front of the cottage, Garden with furniture and BBQ.
