A most characterful cottage that provides a superb base to visit the South Lakes. The cottage has cosy accommodation with heavily beamed living area, pine kitchen and three bedrooms and bathroom to the first floor.Situated overlooking the village green in close proximity to the church and within a 100 yards walk of the village centre with a good range of shops, pubs and local amenities.
Milnthorpe is situated 9 miles east of Cartmel with easy access from the M6. A great base to visit the South Lakes and Morecambe Bay.
Green Cottages comprises of entrance porch with a stable door leading into the dining lounge, this characterful beamed room has a feature fireplace housing a coal effect gas fire, TV and DVD and dining area with CD player. The room has a pleasant outlook over the adjacent village green. Pine fitted kitchen with a Belfast pot sink, gas range master style cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and door to rear walled garden with seating and chimenea.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms and bun bedded room with full size bunks. Bathroom comprising of shower above bath, wash basin and WC.
All electric and bed linen included. Cot available.
