Son Parc is situated North of the island of Menorca. Here the varied coastline is very rugged and beautiful offering splendid views and small secluded bays. Perfect for boating, fishing, and snorkeling. Relax by your own private swimming pool away from the crowds, or visit Son Pacs own  magnificent beach. Only 5 minutes in the car, or 15 minutes on foot.

Son Parc is a must for Golf enthusiasts with its own 18 Hole Golf Course. There are many shops and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk.There are many places to visit close by: Fornells, famous for its Seafood Restaurants and Watersports. Arenal, for its sweeping bay and safe bathing and the pretty port of Addaya are all within close range. The airport is only a thirty minutes drive away in Menorcas capital, Mahon. The island is only approx. 15 miles wide by 35 miles and is generally unspoilt and uncommercialised.

This peaceful and well furnished villa has its own private swimming pool. The property is completely private, slightly elevated from the cul-de-sac road and with pine woods to the rear.
The villa comprises lounge with open fireplace, satellite TV and Video. Patio doors from the lounge lead to front and back covered terraces. Dining room, Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and filter unit providing chilled drinking water. Two Double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and both with fitted wardrobes, twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with bath, basin, WC and shower.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces with ample sun loungers. There is also an outside shower and barbeque.

Changeover day is flexible, however Friday is preferred.
