The quaint village has a village shop with post office, pub serving home cooked food and real ales, a 14th century church and has an open air heated outdoor swimming pool (summer only), together with Greystoke Castle where there is a path walk around the grounds. Greystoke is located 5 miles west of Penrith and within a 20 minute drive of Lake Ullswater and Keswick.

The centrally heated property comprises: Dining/lounge with digital TV, DVD, CD/radio and electric fire. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

First floor: Double and twin bedrooms both with delightful rural outlook. Playroom with electronic organ and games. Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
