The historic market town of Penrith is within 5 miles and has numerous shops, a heated indoor swimming pool, golf course and driving range.

These 5, 2 bedroom lodges stand in their own grounds close to the amenities and comprise: Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with colour TV, video, DVD player, electric log effect stove, dining furniture and sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double and twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Elderbeck has 2 double bedrooms and bunk bedroom.
