Keskadale Farm is situated in the less frequented Newlands Valley at the entrance to Buttermere in an area of peace and tranquillity that the true Lake District enthusiast is sure to appreciate. Featured in the Beatrix Potter film and located in open country side on a working farm with limousine cattle and swaldale sheep there is numerous walks to be taken from the door and the surrounding scenery is awe inspiring at any time of year.

The Oaks Caravan is a static caravan located in its own private area on the farm with magnificent view and private garden area, ideal for those who enjoy the great outdoors. Available from Easter to the end of October.

The caravan has electric heating and comprises: Open plan lounge/dining area with gas fire and kitchenette. The kitchenette has gas cooker and hob, fridge and microwave. Bathroom with shower over half bath, hand basin and WC. Double bedroom and twin bedroom.

All electric, gas and bed linen included. Towels can be provided subject to an additional charge. Private parking and garden.

Price £300 per week 14.7.07 - 24.8.07, £260 all other weeks.
