Bowness Lodge on Limefitt Park is idyllically located in the valley between Windermere and Kirkstone Pass with High Street and Frostwick towering majestically above. The location of the Park nestled into the hillside can only be fully appreciated by a visit to enjoy the peace and quiet that the site offers. Limefitt Park has been recently upgraded to a David Bellamy award winning site to provide quality accommodation with the benefit of on-site facilities from April to October including the Haybarn Inn serving traditional bar food with beer garden. There is also a small supermarket, launderette and adventure playground. Leisure facilities are available at the neighbouring White Cross Bay, 4 miles away with heated swimming pool, sauna, solarium and gym. The site will be enjoyed by the true Lake District enthusiast with an abundance of bird and wildlife and superb walking opportunities throughout the valley to nearby Troutbeck, with two pubs and Windermere 4 miles.

Rented along side Limefitt Lodge the 2 properties can sleep upto 10 people, ideal for a large family or a group of friends holidaying together.
