This lodge is situated in a rural location close to Lake Ullswater and Penrith, ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle.

Duke's Meadow is situated midway between Keswick and Penrith and within a short drive of Lake Ullswater, the development has 30 Scandinavian pine clad lodges mostly utilised by the owners but with a small few being available as holiday accommodation. There is a small stream running through the centre of the resort and each lodge has its own garden where birds and red squirrels can regularly be seen, private parking and views over the countryside towards the Lakeland fells. The location of the lodges means there are ample walking opportunities from the door, the neighbouring Greystoke Forest and the surrounding countryside are all easily accessible, whilst the Lakeland Fells are all within a short drive. The lodge is within easy access of the motorway.

Braeside Lodge is heated with electric heaters and comprises:

• Conservatory with pine furniture.
• Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with electric stove, colour TV, DVD and CD player, pine table and chairs.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
• Double bedroom.

• Single bedroom with full size trundle bed beneath.
• Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

Dukes Meadow have a choice of 3 log cabins sleeping 11 people, in a rural location.
