This beautiful stone built cottage is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Maulds Meaburn, close to the river. It enjoys stunning views of the quiet village and its peaceful surroundings.

The cottage is located 13 miles from Penrith and 7 miles from Appleby-In Westmorland. Maulds Meaburn itself is part of the Lyvnnet Valley and the area is steeped in history. There are lots of public footpaths straight from the doorstep and the nearest pub serving food is just a 10 minute walk away in the nearby village of Crosby Ravensworth. The Eden Valley is situated between the Lake District and to the West the Pennines and Yorkshire Dales and to the North Hadrians Wall country.
