This characterful cottage is within walking distance of two traditional village pubs both serving excellent food ideal for an evening meal after a day exploring the picturesque villages in the surrounding area.

Fell View Cottage is the end of a row of three cottages and is situated in the delightful village of Allithwaite. Just over 1 mile away is the picturesque village of Cartmel with its 12th century priory, race course, “Sticky Toffee Pudding” and superb restaurants, and just two miles away is Grange over Sands with its mild climate, beautiful promenade, ornamental gardens and shops.

This characterful cottage is very well equipped and is within walking distance of two traditional pubs serving excellent food, and the general store, the village also benefits from having its own tennis court, football pitch and children’s play area.

The cottage is gas centrally heated and comprises:

• The attractively furnished lounge with 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD and video player.
• Dining room with views out of the patio door to the garden
• Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
  
• First floor: Double bedroom with designer soft furnishings.
