The village of Lindale is an ideal holiday destination, the quiet characterful village has two pubs which both serve excellent food and fine ales there is also a small village shop. The picturesque village ofGrange over Sands is only 2 miles away here you can enjoy numerous coastal walks and breath-taking scenery, Grange over sands also has a fantastic golf course. Windermere is only 5 miles away where you can enjoy the many shops, bars, restaurants and pubs.

Lindale in Cumbria is an ideal base for touring, walking, sailing, fishing, mountain biking or simply unwinding. The Edwardian seaside town of Grange-over-Sands known as the Riviera of Cumbria with its tropical gardens and ornamental lake is only 2 miles away, the village of Cartmel famous for its horse races and sticky toffee pudding is 3 miles, and the bottom end of Lake Windermere and Newby Bridge is approximately 4 miles.

The heart of the Lake district is within a short drive, If you want to explore the busier more frequented villages and towns of The Lake District, Ambleside and Keswick are within a half an hour’s drive.
