This one bedroom cottage is located in the centre of the popular lakeland village of Grasmere and is ideally located for you to enjoy the many walks straight from the door allowing you to leave your car behind.

Mary's Cottage is an ideal base for couples wishing to walk many of the local fells and mountains and also for those who wish to have a more relaxed holiday, located in the centre of Grasmere and within a few minutes walk of the shops, pubs and restaurants. Dove Cottage is a short stroll away as is the world famous Grasmere Gingerbread shop.

The modern cottage is all on one level and provides a cosy retreat ideal for the more mature client, ideal for those who have difficulties with stairs. The garden area is ideal to enjoy a glass of wine after a day on the fells or relax on a sunny day.

A warm welcome awaits you from the owners who live in the neighbouring property they are always happy to help make you stay more enjoyable.

The cottage is centrally heated and comprises:

• Dining/kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and dining table.
• Double bedroom with TV.
• Bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

• Cot available.
• Private parking for one car.
• Small patio area to the front of the cottage with table and chairs.
