Set in 3 acres of woodland the lodge is close to Newby Bridge at the south end of Lake Windermere. The lodge has its own private SAUNA and use of the hotel facilities including bar and restaurant making this an ideal base to enjoy a get away from it all holiday but with amenities close by.

Woodlands Pine Lodges are located only 6 miles from Newby Bridge at the foot of Lake Windermere. The area is ideal for those looking to explore the Lake District but away from the crowds. Jump aboard the lake cruisers and stop off at various points around the lake for a days sightseeing without the car. Close by there are an abundance of activities to keep the family happy including the South Lakeland Wild Animal Park, Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, Aquarium of the Lakes, Cartmel Races and Holker Hall to name but a few.

Set in three acres of woodlands and in the grounds of the hotel these 9 luxury log cabins are an ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing break at any time of year. There are 2 styles of lodges, Swiss and Nordic, both are furnished and equipped to a high standard with their own private SAUNA in the bathroom. Surrounded by woodland romantic walks can be enjoyed right from your door and you may even spot some of the local wildlife including roe deer. Guests are welcome to use the amenities of the hotel including the bar for leisurely drinks and bar snacks or the restaurant for a formal meal in the conservatory or gardens, dress is casual, the mood informal and a warm welcome awaits.

The lodge is electric heated and comprises:

• Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with TV, radio and patio doors to the balcony.
• Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
• Double bedroom.
