  • A very well decorated cottage. Location was brilliant with places of interest near by. Lovely quiet location. Pheasant cottage big enough for family of 2 adults and 2 soon to be adults. Derek and Shirley very obliging if we needed anything. Would certainly recommend this cottage to family and friends and we certainly will be returning in the near future.

  • Many thanks for a lovely stay at Pheasant Cottage. The accommodation was absolutely ideal for our family of 4. I hope our two young boys didn't disturb the peaceful setting too much. This location was fantastic for daily trips to the village of Kirkbride and onto Silloth, Aira Force Falls, Hadrians Wall and a few outtings in and about Carlisle, Penrith and Dalston.
