Tebay is just off the M6 motorway between Penrith and Kendal, a good base to visit the Dales or Lakes. Brockhole is 2 miles south of Tebay and is approached over a 1-mile single track over fields.

The former sheep farm has been converted by craftsmen using local materials to provide 2 Lakeland stone holiday cottages that have been traditionally furnished and well equipped to a high standard. Both cottages have ample parking and superb views.
