There are ample walking and cycling opportunities from the door and a wealth of shops and restaurants can be found in both Cockermouth and Keswick.

The barn sits within the grounds of the owners holiday home and has private gardens to the rear and superb views to Lorton Vale to the front of the property.

• First floor: The galleried area overlooks the lounge with a double bed, please note this has restricted head room.

• The property is approached by a gravelled sweeping driveway with private parking by the door.
