Located on the coast to coast cycle route and 5 miles west of Penrith with a wealth of shops, pubs, restaurants and indoor swimming pool and with easy access to the northern Lake District, Ullswater and Pooley Bridge are within a 20 minute drive. Travel over Kirkstone Pass or through St Johns in the Vale to the south Lakes where Ambleside, Windermere and Grasmere await.

The Nook is a characterful, end terrace, sandstone cottage that provides cosy accommodation ideally for two people but can take a family of 4. Situated in the centre of the village and within 50 yards of the village shop, The Boot and Shoe traditional inn, village green and Greystoke castle.

The centrally heated accommodation comprises:

• Open plan living area with heavily beamed ceiling, TV and DVD player.
• Kitchen with original working range, Belfast pot sink, fridge, microwave and electric cooker.
