When you choose our Property Services, we can help organise a self-employed cleaner for your property. They will be responsible for cleaning the property, and carrying out optional deep cleans and handling linen and laundry ready for each departure. Your cleaner will help support with any lost property and any potential property damages, submitting photos as and when required.  


2. Property Maintenance

When something breaks, stops working or needs replacing there’s no need to panic. As part of our Property Services, we have in-house maintenance team to attend to reactive jobs such as fixing broken appliances and problem solving. We can also assist with sourcing professional trades such as Gas Safe Engineers, Electricians and Chimney Sweeps for those specialist jobs.

Our Lakes Quality & Compliance team carry out annual property inspections, producing a comprehensive written report for our Owners with star grading and further recommendations for consideration. In addition, for traditional properties, we can undertake professionally trained Fire Risk Assessments each year to give you peace of mind
