    • “Boyles was exactly as I hoped it would be, central, quiet and spacious. It sleeps 6 with a bathroom and a shower room, very large lounge and excellent kitchen and dining area. You couldn't get closer to Keswick's amenities than this. Booths supermarket is only 50 metres away and a 10 minute walk brings you to the edge of Derwentwater. We had a fantastic week in Keswick and plan to use Boyles next year.”

Boyles Apartment is a spacious and centrally located self catering holiday home in the popular market town of Keswick. The stunning scenery and vast array of Lake District visitor attractions are all within easy reach and are sure to make Boyles Apartment a desirable base all year round. Centrally located above an outdoor retailer, in Keswick town centre opposite the bus station and booths supermarket with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, Boyles Apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy both town life and the great outdoors. Being just off the entrance to the Borrowdale Valley, take advantage and leave the car behind and enjoy the many varied and scenic walks available through the valley. The George Fisher shop is a short stroll as is the shores of Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake. Boyles Apartment is laid out over 2 floors providing guests with a very spacious and comfortable base from which to enjoy a very enjoyable and memorable holiday. The owner of the property has furnished and equipped the apartment to a very high standard and it is evident that a lot of thought and care has been given to ensure that your every need is catered for.
The first floor apartment has gas central heating and comprises:

Regional Information

KESWICK Bassenthwaite 7 miles, Ullswater 20 minutes. Cockermouth 13 miles. The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.
