“Bedding was dirty with urine stains on the duvet.”

Oven filthy and so too were the oven pots. Greasy and unwashed. Inside oven was dirty. Large rug in lounge had rice in it. Clearly not been hoovered. Toilet dirty and very smelly. I had to dislodge crap from the top side of the toilet bowl with a rubber glove and an old cloth which I had. Clearly the previous tenants had made no attempt to clean after themselves. That said there were no cleaning products available to me to use. Dishwasher tablets (no dishwasher at this premises). Impossible to ...

Impossible to clean an oven with fairy liquid. Needs a deep clean. To me covid cleaning should equal infection prevention and control! That said, on a positive note its' location to all amenities in town was excellent.

Really disappointed to receive this review as the owners have been totally let down by the cleaning company and these comments are uncommon with this property. All bedding was immediately replaced by the owners who had not been notified of any issues. Property Owner
