    • “Beautiful Cottage close to the Lake District”
    • tripadvisor rating
    • “A very well kept and welcoming cottage. The owner had left fresh scones and butter for us on arrival with a supply of tea and coffee. A very spacious and homely cottage with tonnes of character from the beams and styling of the property. With each room having an en suite and an additional toilet downstairs, it's great for the kids and saves on the arguments in a morning! Local shop close by, with a town less than 5 minutes away with some lovely pubs and take-aways. Stayed here with partner and 3 kids, and we all had a lovely time here, and were sad to leave. next time we visit this part of the Lakes we wouldnt hesitate to come back here. Future addition of a hot tub would make this place perfect.”

    • “We had a lovely time at Robyn's cottage. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and very clean. We could not fault it at all. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming helping to make our stay memorable. It was peaceful and relaxing at the cottage, the perfect place for recharging the batteries. The location was central as we could travel easily to Ullswater Lake, Carlisle and Gretna Green. One of the best cottages yet. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.”
