“I think the cottage was great - my only criticism is the bed being very small and for us for this reason it felt a bit uncomfortable.”

But loved the cottage decor and kitchen/bathroom had absolutely everything you needed. The garden is a real bonus- beautiful and with views of the lake. ...

But loved the cottage decor and kitchen/bathroom had absolutely everything you needed. The garden is a real bonus- beautiful and with views of the lake. Paths to Coniston from the property not walkable due to accessibility (if you either were wheelchair user or have a pram it’s a no no)- so a point could be made but it doesn’t claim to be a family property so i suppose it’s up to us to ask those questions next time. Overall I would definitely recommend it to a couple wanting a stay in the lakes.
