On approach to this delightful Victorian cottage, you will see its shining bright red door, ready to welcome you into a beautifully presented home-from-home. The kitchen is well-appointed, continuing the modern theme, while the basement houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge/freezer. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor; a king-size double with an en-suite, along with a twin. While the family bathroom follows in a contemporary fashion. Climb to the second floor to find another double with an en-suite, a 2' 6" twin and a cloakroom. Use the French doors from the dining room to access the patio, where you can sit with a refreshing beverage on a warm summer's day.
