The beautiful Kentmere Valley is just a short walk away and with the River Kent tumbling its way through the valley to Staveley, this is a haven for walkers. Close by, the bustling towns of Kendal, Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside are popular with visitors, providing a selection of attractions to suit all tastes.
