The property

Mountain Escape is an elegantly decorated property offering breath-taking views across to the Old Man of Coniston.

Next is its well-equipped kitchen, boasting all the necessities you will need to cook a family evening meal, finished with a sleek and modern design.

Additionally, the first floor plays host to a formal dining room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, featuring a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Following the stairs up to the property’s second floor, where you will discover the additional contemporary styled bedrooms, comprising of a super king-size double, which can be made into two twins and two king-size doubles.

As the property is centrally located, you are a stone’s throw away from an abundance of amenities, with the local pub and shop situated just 1-minute walk away from the cottage doorstep.

Whilst staying at the cottage you will have a selection of activities you keep you busy.

The most notable feature of this charming village is the The Old Man of Coniston, which is a popular destination for walkers as this route climbs through old quarry workings and breath-taking views over Low Water.

If you are visiting with bikes, be sure to cycle down to Coniston Water, which would take you approximately 25-minutes.

Here you will find a 5-mile long lake, where a charming Victorian Steam Yacht will be sailing through the warmer months.
