“Be very careful staying at this property!”

There was a storm when we stayed there last week and they are trying to blame us for breaking the electric gates! As if a person could push the gate and break the mechanism! They have took £900 out my back for a good housekeeping bond and trying to charge an extra £2200 for something a storm caused! It seems like the owner try's anything to get money back! Total disgrace.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. CCTV footage does show that the damage to the electric gates was not caused by the storm. Lakelovers Owner Relations Team Property Owner
