“This holiday was bought for a 30th birthday present for a 2 night stay.”

We love the property and the views from the balcony, the only down side we did have was on the first night the hot tub should of been at optimum temperature at 7pm, the hot tub was still cold at 9pm, the people who stayed next door complained as they had the same problem, luckily when we went out at 9pm to check the hot tub temperature we saw two people who was fixing the neighbours hot tub temperature, these two people fixed our hot tub temperature by 9:30pm. We are very disappointed we could not use the hot tub from 7pm on the first night (as stated on the holiday description) as this holiday was specifically booked for use of the hot tub.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are delighted to read you love the property and the views! Thank you for bringing the issue with the water temperatures to our attention. It is rare for the hot tubs not to be at optimum temperature by 7 pm and when it does happen it is usually due to extreme cold weather. I have called our hot tub maintenance provider to investigate and they have informed me that they have a new operative working for them. They apologise profusely that the hot tub temperature did not meet your expectations on this occasion and assure me it won't happen again. We do hope you visit Louper Weir again in the future.
