    “Excellent property.”

    Spacious- with a large, comfortable living room-and similarly large separate dining room. The whole property was immaculate and very well maintained and well equipped. The views are amazing - in all weathers. Grange is a good location - convenient for the South Lakes ( c25 mins to Windermere) with a good range of quality independent retailers, good amenities and excellent eating places.

Situated high above the charming town of Grange-over-Sands rests this refreshing, duplex apartment, boasting wonderful views over the estuary.

One Corner Cottage is accessed down a flight of steps and through the pretty rear garden.

With superb styling and furnishings throughout, this cottage has spacious rooms, all of which have been carefully presented to ensure your stay is perfect.

The sitting and dining room benefit from lots of natural light due to the large bay windows, offering a view over the well-maintained cottage gardens.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a selection of quality appliances to assist you through your stay.

There are two bedrooms here: a king-size double and a regular double both on the ground floor.

Each bedroom being furnished to a high-standard through cotton sheets and an arrangement of wooden furniture, with the addition of the king-size bedroom having direct access to the serene patio.

The modern shower room offers a walk-in shower cubicle, which completes the interior of this Grange-over-Sands cottage.

The beautifully tended gardens are the final touch this property, providing you with a peaceful setting to enjoy a good book or cold beverage whilst you relax in the comfort of the seating area.

The charming Edwardian resort of Grange-over-Sands is set between the Lake District fells and Morecambe Bay and offers one of the mildest climates in the north of England. Formerly a small fishing village, the introduction of the Furness Railway transformed Grange-over-Sands into a fashionable Edwardian resort. Today, the town has much to offer the visitor including a traffic-free promenade, delightful ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts and excellent bird watching. Just a short drive away are Lake Windermere (8 miles), the villages of Bowness-on-Windermere and Hawkshead, which still retain the charm and character that has endeared them to so many, and the home of sticky toffee pudding, Cartmel, with its famous racecourse and the L’Enclume restaurant, which has been voted the 4th best restaurant in the UK. Other attractions in the area include Levens Hall, with its Elizabethan Hall and world famous topiary gardens, Sizergh Castle, a National Trust medieval house and gardens, and Conishead Priory, a Gothic revival country house.
