This charming cottage is in the peaceful hamlet of Heads Nook, Cumbria, near the village of Warwick Bridge.

Cairnbeck Cottage is well prepared for a family escape in any season and is presented to an exceptional standard.

Curl up behind the woodburning stove in the sitting room for a nice night, flicking through the Smart TV for family favourite movies.

Take a seat at the breakfast bar to keep the appointed chef company while they get to work in the kitchen, which features an electric oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

Nestled beside the River Eden on the main road between Carlisle to Newcastle, is the delightful village of Warwick Bridge. The village is home to Warwick Hall, a Georgian building which for many years was the home of the Liddle Family who owned much of the land in the vicinity. In Warwick Bridge is the catholic church – Our Lady & St Wilfred’s Church, designed by the famous architect A.W.N. Pugin, 1841, and is his only church in Cumbria. Elsewhere, the village offers a pub, convenience store, petrol station and a community centre. Nearby is the Cumbria city of Carlisle, boasting a wealth of Roman history and heritage, along with two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and one World Heritage Site.
