“There was no heating oil in the oil tank.”

So no heating in the house. It was 8 degrees. The next door neighbour knew this and had told the owner it wasn't fit to be stayed in but the owner let the booking go head.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the lack of heating. Unfortunately, as this was a last minute booking the owner had not been able to ensure there was oil prior to your arrival. I can see that the owner arranged for oil to be brought to the property the following morning after your call, however you had left the property before this was rectified.
