The Property

6 Thirlmere is an open-plan lodge located in White Cross Bay, Cumbria. It is wonderfully presented throughout, with bright colour schemes and plush furnishings, making the most of an ideal setting. Share this lovely open-plan setup with your loved ones and spend some quality time in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. The living room has a lovely homely feel to it, with its light walls and dark furniture making it a welcoming place to stay. Put your feet up and unwind in front of the large flat screen TV and cosy electric fire. The kitchen has a stunning set of contemporary wooden units with sleek black worktops and an abundance of modern appliances on-hand. Take your home cooked meals and gather around the cosy dining room table and dine together as a family. The property boasts three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and two twin. Each bedroom has a variety of furniture for ample storage and comfortable beds, guaranteeing a lovely night's sleep. There is a family bathroom with high-quality fixtures and fittings, making it a lovely place to have a relaxing soak with a good book. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Outside has a decked roof terrace with furniture and a luxurious hot tub. Take advantage of the barbecue provided and cook up a storm for the whole family. If that isn't enough to tempt you, then venture towards the on-site facilities, with a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym and sauna, as well as many others - a fun day for the whole family. While you stay at 6 Thirlmere, a must-see attraction is the Lake District National Park, a treasure and World Heritage Site, boasting England's largest lake, Windermere. There is a number of visits from the public because of its magnificent landscape, guided walks. The famous peaks of the Old Man at Coniston re also nearby. 6 Thirlmere is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.

White Cross Bay holiday park nestles on the shores of Lake Windermere, midway between Windermere and Ambleside, in the Lake District National Park.
