    • “Beautiful!”

    • “The accommodation was perfect! Which is saying a lot when we have a 11 year old disabled child and a 1 year old! As well as being practical in every aspect it was also luxurious for us, and you usually have to sacrifice suitability for luxury when you have kids! The setting was beautiful and the club house was brilliant for the wet days. It is expensive but you can see why when you get there. The decking outside was safe and secure enough to let our 1 year old toddle around on, and the ramped entrance made it fantastic for getting my daughter inside in her wheelchair. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed for a stress free holiday. The kids loved the pool, the staff there were lovely and very helpful with our daughter as the changing rooms aren't really set up for disabled access, but apparently this is being addressed. The lake is a little stroll away which was a perfect activity for after tea, and the kids loved our daily visits from the ducks! We will definitely visit again we had a lovely time thank you!”

    • “Was a bit concerned when we pulled into the place and realised it was a holiday park ( we are late 50's ) but the location of the lodge at the top and edge of the park was beautifully located , very quiet at night . We even made use on the on-site club house which was useful for the occasional vino without the worry of driving. As for the lodge it was beautifully kitted out with high quality furnishing throughout, everything that was needed was there . All in all fabulous holiday in the UK will definitely return .”

    Mr Mathieson, Littleborough, June 2018

    • “We were two family's staying in separate lodges not far away from each other which was great. Love white cross bay so central for surrounding areas of the lakes really good base. Pool / club bar could not fault. Only the essentials at the shop but that's no big deal. Site lovely and clean and quite were we were away. Would defo return again. If I had to pick at something I was a bit disappointed at the cleanliness of the lodge lots of dust everywhere and I felt all surfaces needed a wipe over in general it was ok but for the price I paid for the week I would of expected it to be spotless. Otherwise fab time .”

The lodge has everything you need for a perfect family holiday ! The owners have made the lodge very welcoming adding touches like games: puzzles /dvds which out grandchildren really enjoyed! We would go back again for sure!”
