“We did have some issues with the lack of some things we would have expected.”

    ...

There was a lovely log burner with no instruction manual, matches, but most importantly, no companion set to empty the ashes with. There was a folder in the house that was supposed to give local restaurant and pub recommendations, this was empty. Also, if we hadn't spoken to you regarding our other problems we would not have known when the bins were to be emptied, again this was not in the file. I also feel it is surely not asking too much to expect soap in,the bathrooms and a few basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper oil. These are the little things that can make a difference. One other thing we want to make you aware of is the back door has quite a gap at the bottom and is quite draughty.

Thank you for your feedback. The property is new to holiday lettings so we thank you for your recommendations and we will ensure the welcome folder is updated and provide equipment for emptying the log burner. The local office is available to rectify any issues that occur during a stay. Owner relations
