“We had a fantastic holiday at Derwent Cottage.”

The property is in a great location and very handy for Fitz Park and the town centre. Parking could be busy but we always managed to get a space on the same street or one nearby. The house itself is well equipped, modern and clean. Tea, coffee, UHT milk and biscuits were provided along basic cleaning supplies for the kitchen/dishwasher. The storage in the garden and outdoor hose were great for the bikes. Please note the staircase up to the second floor bedrooms is narrow and there is no toilet ...

Please note the staircase up to the second floor bedrooms is narrow and there is no toilet on that level - did not cause an issue for us. The main bathroom is huge and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. We would happily stay here again.
