The property

Brantlea, a stunning four-bedroom detached holiday house, is located in an exclusive residential area, moments from the vibrant town of Bowness-on-Windermere.

Brantlea is an excellent choice for a group celebration in the Lake District, offering breath-taking views across Lake Windermere to the distant fells beyond and a welcoming open-plan layout.

At the foot of this wonderful abode, you'll find a large driveway with parking for four vehicles, making it simple to unload your stuff and settle in.

Remove your boots and muddy walking gear as you step inside your new home-from-home before freshening up following a day of exploration in the handy shower room set across the corridor.

Settle on the first-floor you'll find the well-designed open-plan living space, bathed with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, where a sumptuous corner sofa is collected in front of a Smart TV and a comforting flame-effect fire, inviting you to curl up and unwind as your favourite show plays on the TV.

With a stylish, amply-equipped kitchen tucked away in the corner of the sociable space and a barbecue on the balcony, you'll have everything you need to whip up tasty meals; fire up the barbecue and indulge in an alfresco affair, where the lush surroundings serve as the perfect backdrop for outdoor eating.

For a truly opulent experience, unwind under the stars with a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub. On the ground floor, you'll discover two bedrooms with zip/link super king-size beds that are perfect for couples, families or friends, while on the first floor, you'll find two king-size rooms with their own en-suites.

It's a short walk from your front door to the Haystacks Café where you can fuel yourself for the day's adventures with a hearty breakfast before heading to the local convenience store to stock-up on some tasty treats!

Visit the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, a multimedia exhibit that tells the fascinating tale of the author's life and work, while those seeking excitement can try kayaking or paddleboarding on Lake Windermere.

Take a day trip to Ambleside, Brockhole, or Lakeside on the passenger ferry, or hike the Dales Way, a 78-mile route connecting West Yorkshire and Cumbria.

Two of the Lake District's most impressive mountains are within easy reach, Scafell Pike and Helvellyn, while the shimmering waters of Stock Ghyll Force and the Rydal Cave provide stunning views closer to home.
