    • “Cottage excellent in all respects. Central heating keeps it very warm. Beautiful location. Pub with good food and beer two hundred yards away.”

    Mr Kemp, Durham, September 2018

    • “Lovely holiday superb wee cottage! Very quiet location but not too far away from anything we needed. Loved the little box of home bakes half way up the road to the cottage, gave my boys their pudding after a lovely meal at The Outgate Inn. The nearest town, Hawkshead, isn’t too far away with a lovely walk to get there. Good choices of places to eat and drink. Lots of info given at the cottage for things to do in and around The Lake District. Would definitely go back!”

    Mrs Macdougall, July 2018
