“We have stayed in many properties booked through Sykes.”
The Waters Edge is by far the most impressive, it's a little gem set in the perfect location. The beautiful view from the lodge across the Tarn, such a peaceful location. The lodge is perfect in every way possible. The owners have thought about everything to make a memorable stay. If only it was dog friendly, my boy would love it here. Need to have a look to see if any of the adjoining cottages are dog friendly. Looking forward to returning. The only thing concerning is that you have to park on ...
The only thing concerning is that you have to park on the car park opposite the cottages. It would be beneficial if when staying in the lodge, parking could be at the gate to the property. The day we left a young couple staying in No 12 had no consideration, they had their car parked up blocking the road, preventing me bringing my car down to the lodge. They could see my husband and I taking our luggage back and forth to our car. People need to be more considerate. We also had a guy take a shortcut through the lodge garden /gate to walk his dog, whilst we were in the lodge. Looked like a local. Thank you to the owners for giving us the opportunity to stay in Waters edge.
